What's new

I am usually so darn tired at night I don't dream.

But I dreamt again last night.

I dreamt Mr. Wright was finally released from being the Bishop.

I also dreamt one of the kids jumped on him and knocked out one of his front teeth.

Which do you think is more likely to happen?

That's what I think too.

Anywho, I did have one dream come true when I found this little cupboard at a yard sale. Seven dollars? I can't remember exactly what I paid. I was hoping to find something to fit in this little corner for the kids art supplies. Perfect! I cleaned it up, but left the paint as is.

And months ago a friend gave me this fire equipment this sign. It fits perfectly in the laundry room.

I love it.

It is my kindred spirit.

(I may say that about a lot of things in my house.)

And lastly, some vintage peach goblets now grace my china cabinet.

Do you think I should paint the inside of this cabinet?

It's so dark.

Painting the outside is not an option because it flows with the black desk across the room.

Although I keep thinking I should move this desk and replace it with a lovely pair of arm chairs. These are the ones I have been eying.

Don't you go buy them all so there's none left for me!

Seriously, don't.

Okay, if I should just paint the whole cabinet just tell me.

I can take it.

Just remember I am a sad, worn-out, desperate, midsummer boredom suffering mother of four.

Who doesn't want to paint the whole cabinet.

Just the inside.

Maybe.

If you talk me into it.

That you can paint or leave white. I thought the pattern went well with the lines of the glass

  8. You're welcome! I have been waiting for the perfect project to get some for myself and just this weekend I found a bookcase at a garage sale that needs a coat of paint and a new back. I think just some plywood will do and this wallpaper. Its for the nursery of our first child, due in October. I can't wait to see how it turns out for you. Post pics!
