I had too. It was soooo thin and stringy. I like it, but miss the thick hair of my youth.
Why does no one tell you this when you have babies?
First baby you loose your tummy.
Second you loose your boobs.
Third your hair.
Fourth, everything else goes.
And no one is the same. You might get it all the first run. And we all hate those that haven't experienced any of it by the sixth. Or fifteenth.
So here's my thin hair. And big forehead. And side profile, becuase heaven help me if you ever see my nose straight on.
Honestly, The older I get the less I mind. When I was little I thought my mom was so beautiful, and still do. Because she is! I think my kids are the same.
Of course according to them she is much nicer.
P.S. I just ordered a remote control for my camera and am so very excited. Now I can take pictures of myself ALL the time without sitting in front of a mirror. Be prepared to see pictures of yours truly everyday, maybe even several times a day.
Or maybe once in a great while.
Which is just about how things are going now.
holy blogging mania weekend.
ReplyDeletei love your short hair. and you are beautiful. and very brave to do self-portraits. i never do anything like that. unless i'm pulling a face.
I love your short hair! It's so cute. And I miss the excellent, curly blond mass that was your high school hair. I found a picture of you from high school I'll have to post on my blog. Hmmm...
